I have accepted the SOW and hired an expert, what to do next?

Upon accepting the SOW, you will be directed to the Workspace where you can collaborate with the selected expert for project delivery and make payments. 

You are required to fund the project/milestones using the Fund Project button on Workspace. Once you have completed funding the project. Please ensure to add new milestone and set an amount to the milestone from the same project workspace. 

Note - The expert is paid only when you approve respective milestones. 

As per Kolabtree policy, the expert will initiate work once the project/next milestone is funded. For projects with hourly payments, you have the flexibility to fund hours within designated timeframes, whether on a weekly or monthly basis.
