I have been awarded the project, but the client is not responsive in the workspace. What should I do?

There may be several reasons for delayed client responses, including internal reviews or scheduling conflicts.

We recommend the following steps:

  1. Send a polite follow-up message in the workspace.
  2. Allow reasonable time for the client to respond.
  3. If there is still no response, email contact@kolabtree.com and include the project name.

Your assigned project manager will follow up with the client on your behalf.
