What happens if the client is not satisfied with the deliverables?

If the client is not satisfied with the deliverables, they may raise a dispute or choose to abort the project.

In such cases:

  • An allocated project manager from the Kolabtree team will review the project.
  • The review will assess deadlines, the agreed scope of work, and the communication trail within the workspace.
  • Our team will make a fair and unbiased decision based on the information available.

You will be contacted via email if any issues are raised. You may also proactively reach out to contact@kolabtree.com for clarification or support.
