I like a few proposals but I am yet to make a decision, can I shortlist proposals so that I can revisit them once I am ready to move forward?

You can shortlist proposals by clicking on the "Shortlist" button available on each proposal page. Once you click on this button, you will get the option of sending out a message to the freelancer stating that their proposal has been shortlisted. 

This works really well, as it ensures that the freelancers are informed of their proposal being shortlisted and hence are more active on the project.
