To get started as an expert on Kolabtree, ensure that your profile is fully completed and approved.
There are three ways to submit proposals for projects:
Client invitation: A client may personally invite you to a project after selecting your profile from the Browse Experts page.
Kolabtree invitation: The Kolabtree team may invite you to projects where we believe your expertise is a strong match.
Browse Projects: Visit the Browse Projects page (https://www.kolabtree.com/projects), search for relevant projects, and submit a proposal.
Once your proposal is submitted, the client may initiate a discussion with you via private messages. This is where you should finalize the scope of work, fees, and timelines to avoid complications after hiring.
You must not begin work or submit deliverables until:
You have been formally hired, and
The project or milestone has been funded.
Clients are encouraged to fund projects promptly after hiring. Once deliverables are submitted, the client may take time to review them against the agreed scope of work.
Payment is released once the client approves the work. Kolabtree will then transfer the funds to you. Please note that we process payouts on a bi-monthly basis with wallet-to-Payoneer transfer process occurring on the 15th and 30th of each month. After the transfer is processed, it typically takes 2-3 working days for the funds to reflect in your Payoneer account
