Good proposal:
“Hello, I have been a data scientist for Cancer Research UK for the last 7 years. I have previously worked on large datasets, efficiently analyzing, interpreting, and implementing results to draw accurate conclusions. I have mainly worked with STATA and SAS, although I also have experience with SPSS, R, and JMP. I would love to work on this project with you as I have the required expertise and am confident I can deliver the scope of work within the allocated deadline. I can also provide examples of my previous work upon request. Looking forward to hearing from you.”
