- Sign in to your Kolabtree account and go to your profile.
- Click “Connect to ORCID.”
- You will be redirected to ORCID.org. Sign in and authorize Kolabtree.
- Once synced, your ORCID iD will appear on your profile (visible only to you).
- If details do not appear, your ORCID privacy settings may be restricted.
- Log in to ORCID → My ORCID Record → Biography section.
- Go to Account Settings → Privacy Preferences and set visibility to Trusted parties or Everyone.
- Return to Kolabtree and re-sync your ORCID profile.
- If individual records are missing, ensure their visibility is not set to Only me, then re-sync.
