The tag of a highly rated expert is given to a set of freelancers depending on their performance on the Kolabtree platform. These factors include but are not limited to total number of projects awarded, average rating, total fees paid etc. The tag is dynamic and will be changed in case the rating of the freelancer goes beyond the identified logic.
